Teaching Methods for Yogic Practice

Asana teaching methods, class structure, lesson planning, presentation technique, teaching aids. scientific principles, Sanskrit terms.
Anatomy and Physiology for Yogic Practice

Anatomy and physiology of the human body, relationship of A & P to Asana, Mudras, Kriyas, injury prevention
Anatomy and Physiology of Subtle Bodies

Respiratory anatomy & physiology, scientific research, bandhas, biomechanics of rechaka, puraka, kumbhaka
Anatomy and Physiology of Subtle Bodies

Esoteric Anatomy and Physiology: subtle body structures, Asana and Pranayama effect on these systems
Yoga and Physical Education

Comparison of Yoga and physical exercise, application and use of Yoga in PE, coordinating Yoga and PE for maximum benefit
