Includes practice with qualified teacher. 75 hours have to be contact. Includes asana, pranayama, Kriyas, mudras and bandhas as defined by Kaivalyadhama. 25 hours are to be practiced independently Prior to being awarded the certificate.
It includes teaching Kaivalyadhama Yoga for free, at various schools or departments. Public or Private Schools, senior center, Boys and Girls clubs, Red Cross, Kaivalyadhama .If you cannot teach Yoga, than, serve various organizations without expecting to get anything in return it could be a hospital, Red Cross, Homeless shelter any non denominational or non religious Organization is acceptable.
Students spend 8 hours observing others teach and participating by giving feedback. 7 contact hours are to be applied towards teaching in the presence of their Teacher or someone approved by their teacher and is qualified by Kaivalyadhama standards.
